Refund policy

If you aren't happy with your hats for any reason then firstly - we're really sorry. You've got 100 days from date of delivery to return any item to us in new condition. Please email us and we'll send you a shipping label. Return shipping is your responsibility, unless it's the fault of a product - in which case we will cover the shipping costs.
