All orders ship worldwide from our bases in the UK and France.
- United Kingdom (3-5 days):Free Delivery on orders over £20, £1.45 on orders below.
- European Union, Switzerland (2-3 days):Free Shipping on orders over £30/30€, £1.95/2.25€ on orders below.
- United States (7-10 days): £1.95
- Australia/New Zealand (7-10 days): £1.95
Returns
If you aren't happy with your hats for any reason then firstly - we're really sorry. You've got 100 days from date of delivery to return any item to us in new condition. Please email us and we'll send you a shipping label. Return shipping is your responsibility, unless it's the fault of a product - in which case we will cover the shipping cost.
Guarantee
Everything you purchase from Full Tuck comes with a 3 year warranty against manufacturing defects. If you have an issue, please contact us using the form on our website. We also offer a crash replacement scheme, if you happen to damage your hat during an incident - get well, then contact us and we'll make it right.
